Bill Fraser is an AME, a freelance writer, and the Chair of Aviation and Aerospace at Red River College, Stevenson Campus in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Bill started in aviation in 1979 and holds an AME M1 and M2 licence. He's published stories on a variety of subjects in the Winnipeg Free Press, The Winnipeg Sun, Wings Magazine, and on CBC Radio.
